Since 2016, the 411 from the 412 (411 from the 304) has been supplying news, information, and advice to the basketball community through its events, Game…NEXT! Blog, and our Facebook and Twitter pages.
The 412 Report provides college coaches of all levels with accurate, non-biased recruiting information about Western and Central Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Eastern Ohio players.
The 412 Report is part of a family of media outlets, evaluation services, club team, and skills training academies that stem from the host Allegheny Basketball Club.
Each family member functions to serve and support the others and to play their parts in growing the game of girl’s basketball in Western Pennsylvania and the tri-state region.
The PRIMARY FOCUS of the 412 Report is to provide college programs and coaches with the most detailed, accurate players evaluation and information in Western and Central Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Eastern Ohio and beyond.
Meet the Team
Founder & CEO
Joe Costa has dedicated over 35 years to the teaching, coaching, writing and evaluating of girls’ basketball.
He presently serves as a National Evaluator for Blue Star Basketball and a Contributor to Blue Star Media.
As General Manager and coach of the Pittsburgh Rockers for, he helped produce two national championships and well over 150 scholarship student-athletes.
Additionally, Costa has coached both girls and boys at the high school and collegiate levels. He has also served as a floor coach for several Nike All-American Camps and Skills Academies.
Currently, he serves as a Master Skill Trainer for 4 Seasons Hoops, an exclusive training academy run by Renee Shehady of Hampton PA, with clients in five states.
